3. A deposit by way of a bankers cheque in the name of DALALI TRADERS AUCTIONEERS of Kshs. 500,000/= will be required to enable one to obtain a bidding number and be allowed to bid. The deposit is refundable in case one will not be successful, but the same will be forfeited if one makes a bid and it is confirmed and fails to pay the required 10% deposit
